Registration is valid within 30 days of purchase, and the warranty period is extended to 24 months
- 🏴You are eligible to replace a product under warranty if any of the following conditions apply:
- 1. If the product is damaged during shipping and you have received the order information and proof of damage
- 2.The product is not as described in one or more respects
- 3.The defect of the product makes it unusable, and the defect is not caused by human damage, misuse, improper handling or force majeure
Warranty includes
- 1.The warranty is limited to the first purchaser only and is non-transferable.
- 2.Service or maintenance within the warranty period can only be operated by brand authorized personnel.
- 3.If the staff detects any man-made physical damage and/or misuse, the warranty will be void.
- 4.The maximum claim accepted by the company will depend on the maximum price and original proof of purchase.
- 5.During the warranty period, in case of unforeseen circumstances and the customer is unable to provide replacement parts, a commercial solution will becalculated in accordance with the company's current depreciation regulations instead of maintenance, which is also binding on the buyer.
Warranty does not cover
- 1.This product is sold from second-hand markets, unauthorized establishments/websites and other knockoff stores.
- 2. Purchase is for resale.
- 3. Not the first buyer of the product.
- 4. The same order has been replaced or refunded for free.
- 5. Damage caused by abuse, accident, misuse, water damage, flood, fire or any external cause.
- 6. Damage caused by improper installation, mishandling, or failure to follow instructions or manuals.
- 7. Damage caused by unauthorized modification or disassembly not in accordance with the instructions or manual.
- 8. Damage caused by any repair or service performed by unauthorized employees or companies.
- 9. Damage caused by unauthorized modification of the circuit, mismatching or misuse of batteries and chargers.
- 10.Damage caused by reliability and compatibility issues caused by the use of unauthorized third-party components.
- 11. Loss of product or corruption of data.
- 12. Any software program, whether purchased with the product or subsequently installed.
- Additionally, we reserve the right to disclaim warranty for any product or service obtained and/or used in violation of the laws of any country.
